Last year, BMC announced the release of its next-generation enterprise client automation tool: BMC Client Management.

This new solution is based on technology BMC acquired and enhanced. It represents a significant leap forward in capabilities as compared to the BladeLogic Client Automation products.

End of Life Support for BMC Client Automation Products

As BMC moves forward with this solution, they are announcing the end of life and support on 30 September 2015 for the BMC BladeLogic Client Automation products listed below.

  • BMC Configuration Automation for x86 Servers
  • BMC Configuration Automation for x86 Servers – Patch Management

BMC previously announced the end of life and support for the following legacy client automation products. Support for these products ends on 30 September 2014.
