Telesales Team Member

This exciting new role is to generate significant business opportunities by calling customers and new prospects from lists produced by our marketing department. Each Telesales Team Member is expected to make between 50 and 75 calls per day, talking to IT decision makers. KTSL Telesales works closely with the sales team who are responsible for closing the opportunities. The role will also involve arranging web-based demonstrations to prospects and helping run scheduled Webinars.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

• Previous telesales experience — 1 to 3 years preferred
• Experience of B2B selling
• Excellent telephone communication skills including active listening skills and the ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive
• Ability to navigate corporate structures to identify decision-makers and determine buying process
• Ability to think on your feet
• Ability to work to targets
