BMC CONTROL-M 6.3: What's New
This course is designed to provide students insight into the many enhancements included in version 6.3.01 of CONTROL-M/EM, CONTROL-M/Server, CONTROL-M/Agent, and various add-on products in the CONTROL-M product line. Hands-on exercises are included for sections of the class that relate to the CONTROL-M user interface.

The BMC CONTROL-M/Enterprise Manager 6.x: Scheduling - Part 1 tutorial is designed to provide CONTROL-M Schedulers with the knowledge and skills they require to navigate in a production environment using the BMC CONTROL-M/Enterprise Manager v. 6.3 user interface, and to create and schedule basic jobs using CONTROL-M/Desktop.

The class is designed for students who have completed the BMC CONTROL-M/Enterprise Manager 6.3: Scheduling - Part 2 class, who need more advanced enterprise production management skills.

This course is for persons whose job responsibilities include setup and administration of CONTROL-M/Server and CONTROL-M/Enterprise Manager (formerly Enterprise Controlstation), as well as support of regular users.

This class is designed for students who have completed the Scheduling I class, who need more advanced enterprise production management skills. This course builds on the concepts and skills covered in the Scheduling I class.

ITIL - Airport Simulation
BSM International has been designed to provide an understanding of IT Service Management processes and functions.
