Company Vision & Business Goals

KTSL is in business to help its customers achieve real and lasting value from their investment in enterprise management and business intelligence tools.

We believe that our customers' business and operational objectives can be met only by employing best practice methodology. This will improve business processes by using tools that show quantifiable results. These goals are delivered using an ITIL framework and software tools from BMC Software.

The directors' aim is to build a business that will grow organically year on year, resulting in a stable long-term future. FY09 sees KTSL supporting BMC's move into new markets with recent acquisitions such as BMC ProactiveNet Analytics and BladeLogic, which we believe will help KTSL achieve its growth targets by providing additional value to our customers.

History & Ownership

KTSL evolved from being a reseller of Sun UNIX workstations, originally founded in the early '80s, into a provider of Enterprise Systems Management and Data Storage Management solutions.

Today, KTSL works exclusively with BMC Software and Business Objects.

KTSL is a private company owned by its directors.

Geographic Coverage

KTSL supports customers across the whole of the UK and is seeing increased activity in mainland Europe.  Sales to customers in London and the South East are managed from a satellite office in Kent. Our Northern region customers are supported by local BMC-certified consultants and account manager.
