A simple pre-built Integration

Using our KTSL Integration as a Service platform we have created a simple to deploy integration between PagerDuty and BMC Helix/Remedy.  Available on both On-Premise and in the cloud the integration can be quickly deployed to give you all of the core use cases.  KTSL and Pagerduty will work with you to map out your required process across the integration and help with the configuration.  This is all included in a flat monthly fee for both the integration, the support and future upgrades.  You can watch the video of the integration in action below.
